MyWodbook also contains all the types of timers you’ll use at Crossfit. From the classic chronometer, a countdown timer for AMRAP workouts, EMOM (customizable to allow more or less than a minute) and Interval timer for Tabata (it is also customizable). The timers include a full screen option to see the timer from the distance which switches the color in the interval timer to see better the “active” and “rest” time.
All the data is saved in your account, you can easily open the session on other devices.
The app allows the use of imperial and metric unit systems and it will display the Girls and Heroes WODs with your gender and unit system selection.
